So I have a development team that consists of mostly just my friends, and I was wanting to grow it and things like that, but I dont have anything to pay with, do you think that people would be on the studio even without pay? I’ve never held a team thats not my friends.

It depends on what kind of person they are, but if you were to give them a percentage of game/group funds, the answer would be yes.

how would I recruit them? Would I just message them on dev fourm?
You could join some Roblox games that are for recruiting and simply find them.
