Console log displays timestamps incorrectly

Reproduction Steps

I don’t think this is system-specific? Current system is a MacBook Air with M1 chip on latest OS.

The bug displays time that is not in sync with any clocks. Client is using the correct time, but server isn’t.

Expected Behavior

Both clocks are synced appropriately.

Actual Behavior

The clock is desynchronized by unknown means.

Unable to reproduce on Windows 11 version 22H2 on build 22621.1105

Reproduction is probably frequent under certain circumstances. You need to find the right servers that actually have some desync. I might provide more information once I find another instance of this.
