Console sponsor not being displayed

I just ran a sponsor targeted at console players for my game “Seas of Conflict”. With a total of 5,000 Robux spent, the roblox.com/sponsorships page reports that it was shown to 2 million+ users but received 0 clicks. The creator dashboard acquisition page also confirms that it was displayed to 0 users, picture shown below. I had also ran a mobile + tablet sponsor 2 days prior which received around 50k impressions, which experienced no issues, leading me to believe this is a console specific issue. No other sponsors were run aside from the 2 mentioned above.

Please let me know if any additional information would be helpful. If possible a refund or a rerun of the sponsor in working conditions would be ideal.

Getting 0 clicks from 2 million+ impressions is very odd. It could be an analytics thing, a console thing, something else entirely, or multiple things.

Roblox has a ticket system in place for bugs, which I don’t know much about, but I’d like to forward the info just the same. @goldzun, Could you take a look at this?

If this is a console-specific issue, as it appears to be, I’d recommend the Xbox bugs category:

I don’t think OP can move the post to that category though.

This is a known issue, clicks are not attributed on console: Console Sponsorship brings in 0 clicks / 0 visits

In my case, it’s not even a visual bug. I don’t get any visits at all.

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have identified a bug in our click tracking for sponsored experiences on console. We have since fixed the issue. During the bug, clicks were not reported; visits that occurred post click were collected but misattributed in reporting as post impression visits. Unfortunately we are not able to backfill the data.
