Ok for reference, I live in New Zealand where ROBLOX is not known to be fast, but this is happening 5+ times a day on different games. I’ve found if I wait about 5 minutes it will all suddenly load in with all the audio playing etc. You can still move, jump etc., but everything is frozen. Chat, scripts, and even ping.
I have a video (im not moving cuz in the game your not meant to move here) but it shows it being frozen.
This has been happening for about 8 months now.

Can you move and do any of the other players move or do they just run in place? Also try typing and sending something in chat when it happens and send a video of it here
No one else can move until it all comes back after about 5 minutes. Only i can to my point of view. also chat freezes as well. can type and send, but nothing comes up.
Well based of the symptoms you described I think it is a ghost disconnect, basically you get disconnected due to bad wi-fi but it doesn’t come up as a normal “Disconnected” error. I used to have the same problem but it can be fixed by improving the quality of your wi-fi. Maybe there is more things to it but this is what I know.
I get around 50mb/s and after around 5 minutes it just reconnects to the exact area i was at
