Starting a few hours ago, I am now unable to open up any of my places in ROBLOX Studio.

Have you restarted ROBLOX Studio?
Yes.

Have you re-installed ROBLOX Studio?
Yes.

Have you restarted your computer?
Yes.

None of the above brought a solution. I’ve even gone as far as restarting my router.

Seems like I’m not the only one having this issue. Some users are have been reporting the same problem.

Are you able to visit the website normally from your browser? How about studio’s built-in browser?

Yeah, by now, my motivation has pretty much been thrown down the drain. However, I suppose that roblox servers are just having issues.

Try disabling your plugins. Besides that when I have issues where the game doesn’t load when I go into edit mode this is always when my internet is slow.

I’ll tell you right now, I’ve gone through everything I can think of, reinstalling, firewall, etc. It’s not on my end, I’m wired into my router.

Its now gone from HTTP 500 error to an HTTP 400 error…

Still can’t load assets in studio, HOWEVER, it can upload them, I’ve got a local copy of a place, and have been updating by “Publishing to roblox” which works fine

Alright, let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this. Are all of your plugins disabled? What OS are you on? Does this happen with every place or just certain ones? What antiviruses do you have?

All of my places.

What antiviruses do you have?
Malware Bytes - I’ve attempted to load a place with it disabled, no luck.

Hm… Is anyone having this issue on a system that isn’t Windows 8.1? I’ll investigate 8.1 a bit and see what I can find here.

I feel like it might have to do with the fact that I am logged into different accounts on my web browser/in game, and studio. Maybe there’s some conflict or something.

8.1, I’m still having this, I just reinstalled, cleared cookies in firefox, logged into my main acc in Studio, and it opened my place properly, logged out, logged into my group’s dev alt, and it wouldn’t open their place, I logged into the dev acc in firefox, tried editing, got the need to install studio prompt, logged out on firefox, opened studio again, and now I get a Http 400 error:

I then logged into my main acc, and tried editing my game, and got the output spammed with Http 400 errors, and I have the blank skybox and a roblox place loading screen greying out the window now

Edit: I have no antivirus, so it’s not that, does everyone here use alts? that may be it, as my experience above seems to indicate much in the way of it being the blame of me logging onto another acc

Is anyone still experiencing this issue? If so, try deleting this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Roblox\RobloxStudioBrowser

And then restarting studio. If that doesn’t work, clear your IE cookies and see if that fixes it. Please report back with the results.

Tried both, still having the issue of places not opening on my alt.
