"Continue Playing" shows cached playercounts

When looking at “Continue Playing” on my Home feed, the games will sometimes show a cached playercount that is hours out of date.

For example, last night I saw a game showing it’s peak CCU number just before I went to bed. This seemed wrong so I clicked on the game, and the “Playing” was only 1/5 of what it showed on my home page.

Windows 10, Chrome. It seems to affect all games randomly for me, not a specific one.

Same thing happens to me, in fact it sometimes every shows the same game twice or even three times, personally I feel like it’s just roblox being slow in terms of their updating playercounts or maybe the servers are just down in some areas

Happened to me as well. Saw Crown Academy stuck in the “My Library” sort as 13.8k users, even though they hadn’t hit those numbers in days. Went back to the page 10 minutes later and it appeared as 865 users.

Windows 10, Microsoft Edge.

Just saw the same thing, specifically with Crown Academy as well
