Converting a room made solely of parts to Unreal Engine 4 -- is it possible?

I currently have an Oculus Rift S coming in the mail and thought it would be fun to try to model my room, and view it in VR. I have a rough understanding of Blender, but have never used UE4 and am far better using a more intuitive program I have experience with, e.g. Roblox Studio. I’d build the room out of parts, then just group it all as a model. Is it possible to convert a model using all of the default roblox textures into UE4, then play that map in VR? I’m not sure if I explained this thoroughly enough, so if anyone else interested needs clarification I’ll be happy to help.

I found a video that may help you out. Just follow the video and then export the room as a .obs file and upload to Roblox. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qR6Kuv2dFHQ

In roblox studio
FILE>Advanced
you can export stuff as an .obj
but only decals and textures export (not materials) and decals and textures with transparency become black
