Im trying to make a system to swap between r15 and r6 mid game, i found a post with a solution: R6 to R15 mid game - Help and Feedback / Scripting Support - Developer Forum | Roblox, it works, but the animations dont work.

Do you mean custom animations, or default?
If you mean default, then just allow players to have R6 or R15 in game settings.
When they join swap their character to the one you want.
If you mean custom animations, then maybe you could:
1 - make all animations R15
2 - make the Lower R15 parts transparent
3 - Weld R6 parts to the Upper parts of the R15
That way the R15 animations play but it looks like an R6 (maybe)

hmm i once made a GUI R6 cover to R15 it wasn’t very difficult, I choose the studio file, maybe you can learn it.

i forgot to say im making an admin command system and this is one of the commands.
let me say it again this is my problem, i already found a solution to make the rig r6 and r15 mid game, but the problem is that the animations dont play, the animation script might not be playing
