Pretty good for being made in under 17 min, but I would make the arm move more

The arm’s movement from the pot to the plate looks very fluid. I don’t know whether you’re planning to have this animation loop like it’s doing in the video, but if you are, I think you should slow down the part where the arm moves back to the pot so it looks less like the it’s jumping immediately back to the starting position.
Besides that, I suggest making the character turn the ladle more when he’s over the plate so that it’s more clear that he’s pouring liquid out of it (then again, the animation is playing pretty fast so it’s hard to see the details). You could also involve more of the body in the animation to make it look more realistic; maybe you could turn the upper torso and head slightly to follow where the arm is moving.

This cooking animation looks great! Especially if it was only made in 17 minutes! I recommend making it slower. Otherwise, good job on it! Will you use it in anything?
