I think Roblox UGC doesn’t allow you to just make 3D clothes, you can only make hats.

I did!!! I rigged it (sort of) I used farmer jallers r15 morph kit, then I clicked test game, then I checked my character in explorer and copy and pasted it after stopping the test :DDD
