Coordinate plane for manual terrain lock jumps to 0,0,0 instead of positioning in front of camera

Replication Steps:

  1. Open terrain editor window
  2. Open draw
  3. change plane lock to “Manual”
  4. Edit Plane
  5. plane jumps to 0,0,0 world origin, making it a huge pain to work with whenever trying to edit the plane position.

Expected behavior

I would like to see this fixed so the plane immediately is repositioned in front of the camera when editing or placing the plane. At the moment its more then 20k studs from my work area, which is not very ideal to keep adjusting for every time I need to change terrain elevation.
