Copy and pasting models difficulty

I don’t know if it’s just me, but for a while I haven’t been able to copy models correctly. I always end up right clicking, clicking copy, then trying to paste but turns out it wasn’t even copied to my clipboard.

Same thing with Ctrl C and Ctrl V. Every time I want to copy a model I now just spam Ctrl C and pray I copied it, move to where I want to paste, and then have a 50/50 shot at actually pasting the model.

Could I be doing something wrong or is this some kind of bug? I’ve tried copying with my mouse on the model, copying with the model selected, nothing seems to be copying it 100% of the time.

I recomend using ctrl d because it puts it in the same place as you duplicated it

Sometimes I want to copy and paste into a different game, this is a good idea but it’s still an annoying issue.

then just make it into your files to actually get it to work.

Roblox Studio is having issues right now. Coefficients told us that on a post.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling Roblox Studio?

I have reinstalled windows and the problem remains. Other people tell me this happens to them as well.

I don’t know why, but Roblox has been having many issues lately, including Roblox Studio not working, an uninhabited island on the Roblox language page to chose what language you speek, ect.

I use Roblox Studio for hours every day and have been doing so for years. If you are referring to the recent connectivity issues I don’t think this relates to it. As I said this is not a recent issue.

But I have been having problems connecting to Roblox for a few days prior to today if that is what you are referring to. If it is I’m positive the copy paste issue has nothing to do with that.

Yes, has happened to be multiple times. I developed a habit of hitting control +c and then right clicking and hitting copy since It seems the shortcut doesn’t work or can’t be trusted.

It’s not just the shortcut. Even when I right click copy. Seems to be a bug, don’t know how to repo so I can’t make a bug report on it.
