Copy part of terrain and append to existing terrain in another place

Is it possible to copy part of the terrain and paste it into another place without replacing the whole terrain there, so just appending the new area?

If not, please add this obviously very helpful feature. This would save so much time for builders.

Still in mid-2023, I dont know a way to do this.

Yes it helped me a lot but it’s not working if there is already a terrain in a place and we want to add another terrain.
