I came back to studio after a few months and now i have seen the change that when i want to copy paste a object it gets spawned ontop of the original instead of inside of it, and i need that feature back so i can build more symmetrical. Is there a way to change that? thanks!

You can use the qCmdUtl plugin’s duplication feature - it will duplicate any object in the same exact position the original was in. As far as ROBLOX Studio’s defaults, I don’t believe you can do that anymore.

You can press Ctrl + D to duplicate an object. Duplicated object won’t be spawned on top of eachother. Also, make sure you have collisions disabled in the model tab.

You can just do Ctrl + D because you’re doing Ctrl + V and that messes it up I hope this works.
Yeah, this is the proper way to do it.
