So I have been doing terrain for a while but one question that I have never gotten answered is if it is possible to copy terrain onto another map. If someone could please help me answer this question that would be great!

If you used a generator, you can copy the seed and settings for it on the new game.
You might be able to copy and paste with the terrain select tool, but I’m not sure.
I just saved the old game to a file and saved as the new game, but that might be too impractical.
If someone gave you the correct/best answer, mark them as the solution. This helps people who may have this problem/question in the future.

you can use the region tool if it’s a smaller part of terrain (region tool can’t stretch more then the size of a baseplate) and then click copy on the terrain editor
