Copyright in my fnaf game

So a while ago I made a fnaf game (Five Nights At Roblox) and I’ve been thinking about something.

The game doesn’t recreate fnaf, it has its own models and map etc. What I am mostly concerned about is the sounds, since I use a lot from fnaf.

Now, the game has some developer products of donating, would that take the game down? If I would start to devex (not necesarily with the robux only earned from that game), would I get banned/ will that affect my devex? If all I said was true, is continuing making these games even worth it if one could just get banned for having the game public?

I am wondering all this because there are a lot of fnaf roleplay games and they use the sounds just fine. They also add gamepasses, they even take/recreate some original fnaf models.

Thanks for reading!

No. You aren’t directly copying their name or stealing their game. It is your intellectual property. The closest analogy to this question is friday night funkin and the roblox version.

Partially true, it’s actually Roblox’s property owned by your account, but roblox have full rights to any action toward your account which means that it’s only partially or temporarily yours.
