Copyright Infringement and Gift Card Items

I was wondering if there are any consequences for using gift card exclusive items on Roblox within experiences due to the items being locked behind certain countries and stores.

For example I assume it would be safe to use something like this in an experience: Bundled Up Halloween Kitty - Roblox

But sponsored gift card items like this may not be allowed but I am not entirely sure: Blue Raspberry Slurpee - A 7-Eleven Exclusive - Roblox

On top of this, is the usage of sponsored items in general like this allowed? SpongeBob SquarePants - Roblox

If that breaks the rules, does an item like this where its not clearly sponsored but is endorsed by a company allowed to be used? Candy Cane Katana - A Walmart Exclusive! - Roblox

All help would be appreciated.

This is actually a genuinely good question.

This question has been living rent free in my head for ages! I may not be giving a direct answer. I would assume the same that you do.
Sponsored and endorsed items are likely all copyrighted, probably not the Bundled Up Halloween Kitty though.

Yeah that’s what I thought. I think the average monthly gift card items are fine unless they have a logo or something somewhere on it. Maybe an admin could answer this then because I am not entirely sure.
