Copyright name concerns with groups

Well recently the name StarBucks® was changed to the group ID for apparently copyright breach. This is concerning me because there are much more groups like StarBucks® on Roblox, Eg Dunkin’ Donuts ®

I THINK [size=2]don’t quote me on this[/size] that roblox only makes a move towards a copyright claim if the business approaches them about it (isn’t that what Minecraft did?)

Otherwise they probably just set up copyright rules for anything they believe could threaten or hurt them.

Then again, I could be very misinformed. If I am, could someone correct me?

This is what I have always been told. Same goes for FNAF. The development team/person/whatever came to Roblox and had all of the content taken down (poorly, but some went down).

Wouldn’t that mean Roblox should do that for the rest of the groups with the “Star Bucks” name.
