So, I want to make a game wich you can choose any character you want to play and fight other players with it, like soulshatters but without excluding everything but undertale.

My first character was going to be Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls, I already made some of his attacks but i am scared that i will get banned if i use some of his sounds like his laugh or other voicelines.

I saw like 50 diferent bill cipher models on the toolbox so i thought that it was copyright free but seeing how roblox is so strict on copyright its giving me conflicting thoughs about continuing the game

I mean, you should research on whatever character and tv show you are adding. Copyright claim is something and you should be on the watch always.

Take for example, Pokemon Brick Bronze. It got down because it was too “similar” to some of the contents made by Nintendo.
