CoreGUI Keybinds messed up on QWERTZ

For the past week, I have been having issues with Roblox’s CoreGUI keybinds. I have not been able to chat properly, or open my backpack.

Video of the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kG2EZiu3VLE
(no visual keyboard available)

In Part 1:
I am clicking either the / on my number pad to open the chat, or click the - next to my right shift-key to open the chat as it tells me to. The keys do absolutely nothing.

In Part 2:
I am attempting to toggle UI selection by pressing on the # key on my keyboard. Instead of it toggling UI selection, it is opening the chat and making me type instead of - or /.

In Part 3:
I attempt to open my backpack/inventory. Instead of ^/° opening my inventory, it is enabling UI selection.

All keybinds above are completely dislocated and jumbled up.

My regional formatting for dates and times is set to USA.
I am using Windows 11 Home 24H2
I am using QWERTZ, and my computer layout is German.
I have a mechanical Razer BlackWidow V4, which isn’t the issue as the chat is recognizing that # is the hashtag key when being clicked on.

The issue is reproduceable a lot, however the issue is sometimes not present. I am unsure of the conditions as to when this happens. I have attempted a complete reinstall of Roblox, however it remains random. The # and - keybinds work as intended in Roblox Studio, opening chat and toggling UI selection.

Expected behavior

- and / should open the chat, not do nothing.
# should toggle UI selection, not open the chat.
^/° should open my inventory/backpack, not toggle UI selection.
