Frequently Asked Questions
How many warnings are given to disruptive customers?
Only one warning is given to disruptive customers. If the customer persists, contact an MR+ immediately to kick them. If they return and continue, call an MR+ to server ban them.
I am a Trainee, why can’t I go behind the counter?
Before you go behind the counters and serve our lovely customers, you must successfully pass a training session so we know if we should hire you or not. This is purely so you’re experienced enough to handle customers in our care and so that you’ve got a taste of how to operate our machinery.
Can you have safe chat working here?
Yes, we allow our LR staff to have safe chat! However, we require our Middle Ranks to be 13+, without safe chat, and be in our Discord server to ensure we can stay in contact with them if they’re needed to avoid communication barriers within Roblox’s chat.
What is the order limit?
The order limit is 3 items for all players. SR staff (Vice President+) do not have a specified order limit.
Can I take a break during my shift?
As a Juicer, you are able to take a small break to refresh yourself. However, we expect that the majority of your shift includes working if necessary. Note that grammar is still required if you’re behind the counter, once you leave the kitchen for a break you are free to stop using grammar. Ensure you use grammar when returning to the kitchen after your break.
When are the next Middle-Rank applications?
There is no set date to release the applications, however; they usually get released on the 1st of each month, only if we are currently in need of some Middle Ranks.
How do I prepare orders?
You should have learned how to prepare orders in a training session, however; in case if anyone forgot how to prepare drinks or pastries, we have made a recipe guide to help anyone with their difficulties in preparing orders. This can be found at the top of your screen at the Juice Bar if you’re a Juicer! You can open it by tapping it or using the key bind on PC.
