[Coruscant Border Game] Ideas on what civilians should spawn on?

Hello! I am currently making a Coruscant Roleplay Border Game. I do need some help on some ideas on what civilians should spawn on once they load in.

For example a platform leading to the border stairs.
A bridge, etc.

Personally, I’d think it would be best if the civilians spawned in a small hub away from the border, but not too far. This hub would also be close to a gun store and an area where the civilians could get their passports. With this spawn, everything the civilians need at start will be easily accessible, and they’ll be able to enjoy some of the Coruscant itself as they approach the border.
