If you are talking about the menu that opens when you press Esc, then it can only be changed through exploit (Cheats) Because this menu is in the CoreGui folder and access is denied

If you mean the menu that appears in the top-right corner of the screen in-game, there are 2 styles, the new style and the old style, that appear.
I don’t think you get to choose which style is on your account. I recently had my new style menu replaced with the old style, despite me still being in the Roblox beta program.
