Only users who are added through the trial user program. See last section: https://devforum.roblox.com/t/upcoming-changes-additions-to-the-roblox-developer-forum/59393
Wow. Thanks for telling me. I’m surprised. Didn’t know about that, but now I will. There is only one more question. How did I? I’m probably very lucky then.
Like Echo said. Basic Users have to wait 6 months in a “trial situation” before they can “apply to become a member.”
Basically, we’re on trial for a minimum of 6 months as Basic Users. It can last longer that 6 months though.
You could give a game more than 50 players by giving every server a different position in a world composed of multiple servers.
I’m thinking of doing that for the game I make after the one I currently make, because I have a nuke launcher and it’d be pretty easy to program the explosions to span multiple servers.
There still aren’t 200 players in each server, but that sounds very interesting. Like an MMORPG where you get teleported when you walk into different areas. If you made the chat inter-server it would almost be the same as a real 200 player server.
I’ve been wanting to have the ability to have Max 200 players as well. I tried accessing the “page” but it says I can’t view it. What is exactly the point of a beta tester?
They’re typically devs who are comfortable using possibly unstable early builds of Roblox and report comments or concerns to Roblox staff. They don’t trust the general public since most of them aren’t trusted to give valuable feedback which is understandable.
Edit: You’re a basic user. Most things are locked away from you.
I’m grateful but a tad disappointed because I applied in somewhere in July(not sure if this is before the basic user program). Got accepted 1 month later or so and just got an email earlier this week with the acceptance email, and then reading through the forums associated with the acceptance I realised that I couldn’t do the things that I expected to back in July. @Nightgaladeld
It just is how it is. Stick with it, and become a fairly active member in the small portion of the forums you do have access to, and you’ll be able to promote to Member in no time!
Yeah, I’m grateful anyways.
