Could not fetch details for assets (UGC issue)

So I am currently trying to upload a plush of my character to Roblox and I am getting this error:

“Could not fetch details for assets”
Could you tell me why this is happening?

Hi,

Did you managed to solve the issue? I had them same problem trying to upload my ugc asset.

I have, it basically means that the mesh and texture are not under the uploader’s files :smiley:
