“He says that on chrome it displays text above that reads “Could not load Roblox Launcher Plugin”. I told him to uninstall roblox, studio, and the plugin which he did but it didn’t work. Any ideas?”
I was not exactly sure why that is so i told him I’ll ask on here and if I get a reply answering this I will notify him.
though I did tell him for now to tell his friend to do the following:
“restart his wireless, computer and clear his cache.”

This is caused by the nprobloxproxy.dll file in the appdata folder for Roblox - not sure what particuarly causes this, but the way I generally fix it is to delete all traces of Roblox and reinstall.
This seems like a serious issue guys. But I need more info. What is his machine? PC/Mac? What version OS is he using? Is it the latest Chrome (probably)
From what I’ve encountered (I’ve fixed this for numerous people), it appears to be occurring on machines that are running windows and use Google Chrome.
