Could this UGC-related situation of mine/my groups be allowed?

To provide some context, I run a fairly large Roblox flag group which has been my main source of Robux for years. Recently, a dozen friends and I decided to revamp the group, including creating a flag store game and museum to help fund the group. We’ve discussed UGC, but since I lack the qualifications, I handed over the plan to someone I know close.

It eventually became clear that for them to upload content to the group, I, as the group owner, also need a premium subscription, something I can’t afford since I don’t have any income.

As a result, I abandoned the idea of UGC altogether. However, they proposed creating a separate spin-off group for the UGC that they hold instead to make the UGC on their own in there, with me in a role as the “true owner,” and both groups being affiliates with similar names. The concern here is whether Roblox would see this as us trying to “bypass” the restrictions. or is everything is being done harmlessly? should it be a concern? I’m asking because I know Roblox has many rules that aren’t apparent to most people who only understand the basics of the terms of service.

This shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re doing something malicious like ban evading or breaking the Community Standards. You should be good to go!

The plan is just to make flag pins of modern, historical and state flags for avatars (they go on the front of the torso)

Yeah, there shouldn’t be anything rule-breaking with that idea.
