As soon as you join one of our facilities, you agree to follow this Privacy Policy and agree that some of your data might be used. Although, your privacy matters a lot to us. The collected data isn’t personal. Depending on what facility you enter, we might process different data from you in a different shape.
We have the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior, direct nor personal notice. This privacy policy is effective since Sunday, 18 June 2020. If you disagree with this privacy policy, don’t join any of our facilities. If you are a LR team member, we will collect “extra” data on you, including those listed in the LR Privacy Policy.
Please note that this isn’t an actual “Privacy Policy”, as we aren’t a real company in real life. Though, we believe that our visitors have the right to know what we collect about them.

Screen Resolution
This data will be used to render a “perfect bubble” on your screen. Only the server holds this data, no one of us can access it and it isn’t shared outside of the game. This data is collected when you join the application center and removed when you leave it.
Avatar Logo
This data will be used for UI design purposes. Only the server holds this data, no one of us can access it and it isn’t shared outside of the game. This data is collected when you join the application center and removed when you leave it.
Safechat
This is only meant for applications where candidates musn’t have safechat, such as the HR application when they are open. The application center will be detecting if you have safechat or not. If you do, you will fail this application. Only the server holds this data, no one of us can access it and it isn’t shared outside of the game. This data is collected when you join the application center and removed when you leave it.
Responses
If you answer to all questions in an application that has to be reviewed, these answers will be sent to a third party, Trello, on a private Trello board that is only accessible by HRs and SRs and the founders. Once reviewed, the card will be archived, and permanently deleted after 30 days. The card will contain your username, user id, responses and at what time you applied.
Ranking Log
If you pass the trainee quiz, the game will log on that you’ve been ranked. The game will log it on a private Trello board that is only accessible by HRs and SRs and the founders. The card will be permanently deleted once it’s 30 days old. The card will contain your username, user id and at what time you applied.
Bloxlink
We use Bloxlink for Roblox verification. All verification events (when you verify) will be logged in a hidden Discord channel that’s only accessible by HRs+. This data is logged permanently unless you request it to be deleted. It is used for investigation purposes. This data contains your Discord tag, the Roblox account you verified as and when you verified,
Edited and Deleted Messages
All deleted and edited messages will be logged in a hidden Discord channel that’s only accessible by HRs+. This data is logged permanently unless you request it to be deleted. It used to make sure everyone is following the rules. This data contains your Discord tag, the channel where you deleted/edited your message and when you edited/deleted your message.
Joins and Leaves
All leave and join events will be logged in a hidden Discord channel that’s only accessible by HRs+. This data is logged permanently unless you request it to be deleted. It is used for investigation purposes. This data contains your Discord tag, and when you joined/left the Discord server.
We do use third parties services that have themselves Privacy Policy that you might want to check out. Due to DevForum regulations, I don’t believe I am allowed to link them out, so please look them up on a search engine (e.g Google, DuckDuckGo, etc.).

You are allowed to request for data we have about you, and have them deleted. The only exception is if a part of the data contains you breaking our Terms and Conditions (or Roblox’s) and that you are still banned from our games. If you’re banned from our games and want to get your data removed, you have to appeal your ban first. If it’s accepted, then we will remove evidence.
