Crash during teleportation between ingame locations on PS4/PS5

Crash occurred several times during teleport across playgrounds. Reproduced only at playstation platform.
We cant use dev console cos of this problem - Debugging on PlayStation is impossible , and we have no devkits at the moment. Thats why we cant share logs at this problem.

Game: Playgrounds Basketball - Roblox
Platform: PS4/PS5
Repro Frequency: 10%
Reproduction Steps:

  1. Log in to the PS4/PS5 game
  2. Teleport between leagues
  3. Pay attention that a Crash may occur during teleportation to league
