Hello,
I am writing this to report a that Studio crashes when the autocomplete popup for print() shows up, using the new Beta Luau Type Solver. It happens 100% of the time in a specific scenario that I cannot recreate, but that I have the repro file of.

It crashes without a “Sorry!” prompt.

Here’s a video of it:

The game file is in the private section.

Hi there, thanks for the report! This is almost certainly entirely unrelated to print, but rather related to the contents of the scripts in the experience you’re loading. We’re aware of some crashes in the beta already that we’re working hard to fix ASAP, and this could share the same cause or could be a different one. I don’t seem to have access to the attached private message, but if it contains the reproducing place file, that’s everything we’ll need to be able to investigate and resolve the problem.

If this is still occurring are there logs you’d be able to share? There might be more than one related to the session that crashed. Thanks!

Thank you for the report! I’ve worked out the underlying cause of the crash, and we have a fix coming in the 646 release of Studio! Sorry for the delay, this turned out to be a pretty tricky one!
