Welcome to the official Handbook created for Cravez Bakery, where we aim to provide our employees and customers with a comprehensive understanding of our procedures, day-to-day operations, and general information. We believe that having access to this handbook will help us streamline our services and ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all visitors to our bakery.
If you have any questions that are not addressed in this handbook, we encourage you to contact an SHR+ member at our communications server for assistance. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that our employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in their roles.

➞ Trainee: The trainee is a new staff member who is learning about the CZ brand and how to provide excellent customer service.
➞ Cashier: The cashier is the first staff position, and works behind the counter placing customer’s orders.
➞ Baker: The baker will be able to bake the customer’s order.
➞ Senior Baker: The senior baker is a skilled and knowledgeable member of the baker team who provides excellent customer service.
➞ Lead Baker: The last LR rank, working hard to get noticed to become a member of the MR staff team.

✅ Requirements
➞ The Roblox Group must have a minimum of 100 members.
➞ Your Communications Server must have a minimum of 30 members.
➞ Your Staff Team must have a well-standing reputation and must have high professionalism.
➞ Your group cannot contain botted members.
Currently, training sessions are hosted daily at random times at the Training Center. When a training is commencing, it’ll be announced on the group shout & at our communications server.

If you are interested in applying for the Staff Intern position at Cravez, we highly recommend that you submit a detailed application with proper grammar and spelling. Applications that are longer and provide more detail will be prioritized over shorter ones.
📑 Additional Tips
➞ At Cravez, we value active and consistent participation from our employees. When we ask you to be active, we mean that you should aim to work 30 minutes every day, rather than working long hours one day and then taking a few days off. This helps to ensure that we have a reliable and dedicated team that can provide our customers with excellent service every day.
➞ We also ask that you avoid hinting about promotions or higher ranks. While we understand that you may be eager to advance in your role, making comments or requests about promotions can come across as unprofessional and may not be viewed positively by the Corporate Team. Instead, focus on performing your current job responsibilities to the best of your ability and demonstrating your commitment to the bakery.
➞ In addition, we expect our employees to act in a professional manner at all times. This means being polite and helpful to customers, as well as respectful and collaborative with your colleagues. Our Human Resources department looks for individuals who can maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during challenging situations.
➞ Finally, it is important to remember that each role at Cravez comes with specific responsibilities and limitations. We ask that you do not act like a management member, such as checking logs that you do not have access to or supervising the bakery when there are open registers. Instead, focus on performing your assigned duties and collaborating with your colleagues to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
