Crazy RGB blocks appear when creating a script in the workspace

Reproduction Steps

Create a new project and insert a script in workspace

Expected Behavior

Nothing should appear in the 3D space

Actual Behavior

It looks like Studio is creating exaggerated X/Y/Z axis lines in the workspace:
