Founded in 2020 and re-established in 2022, Creamella is an growing café group on ROBLOX. Creamella offers a variety of delicious snacks and drinks, as well as a warm and welcoming environment where you can hang out and make new friends!

At all of our group games, there are some important rules that you must follow in order to ensure our community stays a safe and enjoyable place.
- Trolling is not permitted.
- Bypassing the chat filter is not permitted.
- Advertising in-game or on our group wall is not permitted.
- Being rude or disrespectful is not permitted.
- Exploiting is not permitted.

Management Team
Staff Intern (25)
Staff Interns are new members of the Management Team that are undergoing an internship process lead by our Staffing Department. Senior Baristas can obtain this position through hard work in-game or through applications.
Staff Assistant (25)
Staff Assistants are the first Middle Rank and have moderator permissions at all group games. They are responsible for supervising the café and training/assisting at sessions.
Supervisor (20)
Supervisors have the same responsibilities as Staff Assistants, only they are now allowed to host training sessions.
Assistant Manager (15)
Assistant Managers have the same responsibilities as Supervisors. They maintain activity through attending shifts/sessions regularly.
General Manager (12)
General Managers are the highest Middle Rank and should be viewed as a role model. They have the same responsibilities as Assistant Managers.
Corporate Team
Corporate Intern (12)
Corporate Interns are the first Corporate rank and are able to join either the Public Relations or Staffing departments.
Junior Corporate (4)
Junior Corporates are the second Corporate rank and are known as senior members of their department. Their knowledge allows them to fulfill their duties with great expertise.
Senior Corporate (4)
Senior Corporates are final Corporate rank and the co-lead of their department. They work closely with the lead in overseeing and assigning tasks to their department members.
Presidential Team
Presidential Board (2)
Members of the Presidential Board are known as the leads of their chosen department. They assign tasks to their department members and assist their higher-ups in overseeing group operations.
Vice President (2)
The Vice Presidents are known as the co-owners of the group. They are responsible for overseeing all operations and assisting the President with whatever necessary.
President (1)
The President is the owner of the group. They oversee the Presidential Team and guide the group’s growth through managing development and marketing strategies.

Creamella is always searching for potential affiliates on the ROBLOX platform. Here you can find our affiliate requirements and application questions.
Requirements
➔ You must have 50+ un-botted members in your Roblox group, and 25+ un-botted members in your Discord server.
➔ Your group cannot have any history of free-ranking or selling management+ ranks.
➔ You must have an organized group and communications server.
➔ You must have an active community and staff team.
➔ Your group must be in the business/roleplay industry. We will not ally with fan or military groups.
➔ You must be able to provide at least 2 representatives from your group in our communications server.
➔ You must be willing to announce our events in your communications server.
Application
➔ Link your Roblox group and your communications server.
➔ Tell us about your group. What are your goals for the future and how do you differ from other establishments?
➔ Why have you decided to apply for an affiliation with Creamella?
➔ How can our groups benefit each other as alliances?
➔ Who will represent your group if this application is accepted?
If you meet our alliance requirements, you may fill out our application and DM it to any member of our Public Relations Department in the form of a Google Document. If your application is not written in this form, it will be automatically disregarded. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to discuss and vote on whether or not to accept the application.
Senior Barista Promotion Guide
The Staffing Department at Creamella is always on the lookout for Senior Baristas who would make a good addition to our team! We do have some requirements for potential Middle Ranks to ensure that our environment remains professional and productive. If you are interested in becoming a Staff Assistant at Creamella, please ensure that you meet the requirements below.
- You must use grammar while working behind the counter.
- You must not have safechat on your account.
- You must be in our communications server.
- Consistent café activity is recommended; it is better to work for 30 minutes each day than 6 hours on 1 day and 0 hours the rest of the week.
- Hinting or asking for a promotion will greatly lower your chances of receiving one.
- When on a shift, you should remain productive. You may take breaks on occasion, but your main priority should be working behind the counter.
