Create a progress bar similar to Entry Point

The title explains the purpose of this topic. I am wanting to make a progress bar in the style of entry point, and to be honest, I have absolutely no idea how.

It looks like two ImageLabels with a ScaleType | Roblox Creator Documentation of Crop.

Or maybe two Frames with ClipsDescendants true and some ImageLabels as children.

Then the frames are resized with TweenService | Roblox Creator Documentation.
