Create Item Menu always opens on 1st monitor

Reproduction Steps

  • Open Studio on a 2 monitor computer (PC/Mac, untested on Mac)
  • Click the + sign on the first monitor
  • Move Studio to your second monitor
  • Click +
  • It should open on your 1st monitor no matter what

Expected Behavior The New Instance Picker opens on any monitor, 2nd included

Actual Behavior

It opens on the 1st monitor
Workaround Click the Instance you wish to insert on your 1st monitor.
