Arc Creator is a plugin which I’ve personally used many times.
Myself, as a builder, creating perfect angles is quite hard to do…But with the help of this plugin, you just input the angle you’d like, select the x, y or z axis and it will create a perfect angle for you!

Archimedes Two is very easy to use. All the buttons are labelled well and easy to understand.

I just use command utility’s rotate on edge feature.
