Create Seller Account while being a minor

When I goes to the url where you can create an a seller account, it should tell me I need to be major, the screen below show that you need to be major:

But apparently, im Eligible to create a seller account even if my id verification said im minor.

Expected behavior

There should be a requirement to be major: In the roblox settings, when you are verified, you can see your birth date, why don’t they take the data and detect if the player is 18 or above?
