Not gonna be rude with you, this looks very bad and your grammar is messy, payment is in percent, wich not all people will accept due you don’t even own a group, hope you take this as a good critic to make you better. Good luck!

Quite a shame I shall say for you to get upset at people for pointing out mistakes. As it says in this article
You must be proffesional when replying, if you are going to use poor grammar and a rushed recruitment ad no one will bother joining your team. Please take this into consideration.
