Creating a NameTag the proper way (?)

I have a NameTag which works perfectly fine, however it’s not as smooth as other games (example: Tower Defense Simulator).

I’ll provide two GIFs to show the difference below.

My NameTag:

The main thing here is that their NameTag sits perfectly on the top regardless of my POV, ex. when turning down and up. I have looked into everything and can’t yet find a solution that fixes this issue.
And, if I move my NameTag further up it just keeps going away from the center (more than it already does now).

Ok this is an easy fix! go into the billboard UI for the template and make sure to set AlwaysOnTop to true

That property is already set to true.

You should also note down what you changed, I’d like to know the main issue here.
