Creating a right click option

Hey developers!

Recently I saw a plugin that added an option to Studio’s right click menu. I have been searching through plugin’s functions, though I didn’t see anything. I even searched for posts on here and got this. This post basically concludes it is not possible, though I have seen this. Any help would be appreciated!
