I just checked it out, and the sounds used are actually in the Python zip file you can download from visiting the link in the description of that video.
You can make these sound effect by using a composing software such as FL Studio. FL studio have a lot of plugins. They might help you but 1 reminder, most of the plugins are paid so choose wisely!
