Creating games with a normal account or a group?

Hello! I want to create my first game but this confuses me! I don’t know what the difference is between creating the game with a normal account or in a group. If I do it in a group, will I be able to get the revenue with Devex?
Thank you♥

If you create games with your normal account, you’ll get Robux when the player buys your game passes, gear and more things. And also the Robux that player buys your things will get to your account and you can exchange the Robux at DevEx.

If you create games using groups, the Robux that player buys your game passes, gear and more things will go to your group funds.

Hello! I’ve listed some pros and cons of each option, hopefully I can help you choose. Please note than I am not sure about the pending R$ things, this is how I think it is  (correct me if I am wrong).

Profiles:

Pros

  • Team Create can be used
  • You can DevEx
  • You get place visits
  • It’s free to start on a profile

Cons

  • Revenue can’t be shared easily with other users
  • 2 more extra days are required to get your earnings

Groups:

Pros

  • Revenue can be shared via payouts and percentages
  • 3 days instead of 5 in order to get your earnings
  • Dynamic permissions to let each user do what he has to
  • Team Create can be used
  • A fanbase is guaranteed because of the group members
  • You are eligible for DevEx as soon as you earned the R$ legitimately

Cons

  • Each group costs 100 R$
  • You might need more than 3 roles, every new role costs 25 R$ each
  • You don’t get place visits

So, you should use profiles for solo projects and groups for team projects. Have a nice day, anyway!
