Creator Dashboard - Audio Length Formatted Incorrectly

Description
Audio length does not follow normal audio conventions wherein single-digit seconds are preceded by a zero. This is inconsistent with the rest of the Roblox platform.

Reproduction
Constantly

1. View an audio with <10 seconds in the latter half in toolbox
2. Observe that it is preceded by a zero
3. View an audio with <10 seconds in the latter half on the creator dashboard
4. Observe that it is not preceded by a zero

Actual Behavior
Audio length is displayed as #:#

Expected Behavior
Audio length should be displayed as #:##
