I’m trying to modify my game’s title and modify the image to some of the badges, however I’ve been getting this error every time.
I’m getting an error myself when trying to update my game’s description, even if I erase everything before saving. It evidently isn’t a moderation problem.
Since you have this issue too, I am beginning to wonder if this isn’t working for anybody at the moment.
It’s working for me now, seems to be fixed, or whatever caused it went away

I am also currently getting a similar issue trying to upload (any) images. They have all been in an acceptable format with an acceptable name.
Perhaps asset creation/editing is currently down.
