Creator Dashboard not loading

Reproduction Steps

Open any link to the Creator Dashboard, e.g. https://create.roblox.com/dashboard

Expected Behavior

The page should load the desired content

Actual Behavior

After loading the page, a loading spinner is displayed indefinitely with a Roblox logo at the bottom of the page.
