Creator Dashboard not showing Game Update notification statistics

Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to Creator Dashboard
  2. Select experience which you want to view game update notifications for
  3. Navigate to “Updates” tab

Affected place: Obby Maker🔨 - Roblox

All rows in the table contain mostly blank columns (excluding date, sender, and notification message)

Expected Behavior
The table shows statistics for each game update notification with no empty columns.

Actual Behavior
All statistic columns are blank for each game update notification (except for date, sender, and notification message)

Looks like we’re still waiting on missing information to action this. Would you mind filing again, if you’re still having issues? Huge thanks for the report. I’m going to close out the thread.

Hi developers,

We’re happy to share that we’ve fixed Experience Updates metrics. To view your metrics, visit your Experience’s Analytics page on create.roblox.com and navigate to “Updates” on the side bar. Here you should be able to view the performance stats for each of your update notifications.
