Creator Dashboard Payouts Tab Bugged - Keeps saying no permission

Explanation:

Payouts tab keeps saying this: (look at the second attached image)
I have refreshed for 15 times and it worked only once in the final attempt. (Gave me the option to payout)

It sometimes appears without the option to payout, only the splits. (first image)

The account I’m trying to access the tab is the one owning the group, munuko_inc. So there ARE enough permissions to view it without a problem.

The bug happens to this specific group. (From my knowledge, as I didn’t have this persisting problem in any other group.)

System Information:

  • Windows 11 Home 64 Bit
  • Don’t think the rest is related, but will provide on request. (High-end)

Browser Information:

Edge 135 on Windows 11
(I’ve updated my browser to be 136.0.3240… version, but the website is still saying 135, out of date. No updates remaining.)

Expected behavior

I expect it to successfully load the payout button and the remaining information, as the accessing account has enough permissions to do so.

Hello, It’s ok!. The issue still happens time to time but in smaller scale; and on other groups as well. Persists for around 4-5 refreshes for each time it happens now. (Reduced from 15+)

There were some data inconsistency issues for select groups on our end leading to some users unable to perform certain actions. We recently did a bulk fix that should have fixed it. Let us know if you encounter the issue again
