Creator Hub Acquisition Analytics are not showing

Hello, I have released my game about 11 days ago and as of the 2nd August I have not received an Acquisition Analytics Update since July 30th.

Please fix this issue as I want to know my Acquisition Analytics.

I’m able to see data until Aug 11 (up to date) on the Acquisition page, have you tried to do a hard refresh maybe there’s some kind of caching on your side?

Hey! Could you also make sure that you have the correct date range applied, and try again? It seems from the URL that you’re filtering between 7/23 and 7/30.

i.e. make sure the date range selected here includes the date you’re interested in

It’s nothing to do with the range in the image as that is an old screenshot, it is still the same but repeating itself. I have also done a hard refresh and so have many other developer friends of mine and it is a Roblox problem , not just a me problem. I think that if all stats could be brought out like group analytics it would make everything more organised, prevent frustration, unnecessary bug reports like this one, and makes everything simpler as every data set is released at one set time daily rather than a random time

From my understanding, you are asking for a new feature where you want all analytics data to come out at the same time?

We release analytics data in an eventually consistent way so that if one data set is delayed you still get data otherwise if Acquisition is delayed for 2 days… you won’t get Monetization during those 2 days either.

We strive to turn around the data in 24 hrs, so if you want all data sets to generally be in sync, then you can come back after 24 hrs and it will usually be that way.

I don’t think we’re going to change this behaviour.
