I want to make a game kind of like doors in a way. The premise of the game is to progress through rooms and collect weapons and every 10 waves or so there is a boss you have to defeat and it progressively get harder. Any ideas for this game? I don’t know if I should do rooms or sewers or something else to be different from doors (And it might be easier as well lol) I just want some images of like creepy rooms that would fit the vibe of the game. I have had a look at a few but I want to get the opinions from more people to see everyone’s perspective.
OH! I completely forgot to show you the room I have at the moment! It is also meant to be a horror game as well I don’t know if I forgot to include that in the title
There is still so much to do with this but I do not know if I like the feel. I feel like I should not do room ans should do sewers instead or something… Idk
put this in #help-and-feedback:game-design-support. A good creepy room is a room with a lot of blood eerie environment and broken walls, paintings, chairs etc and corroded metal.
You could stay like that, but if you want you can change.
There will be random room spawn? If yes, so, let will spawn a random room with different decorations.
Oh yeah, also how the weapons would spawn? In boxes?
That hard to think, there is alot of variants how to decorate. If game is multiplayer, you can add a box, client box, which you will open and loot item, but everyone can do it, but with random item. So about furniture, it’s can be old, tablets, chairs, I don’t know
