Welcome to Cremea! Cremea is a newly founded bakery that strives to present a welcoming community with inviting aesthetics. Members of our community can either choose to endure a wonderful experience or be part of the team that makes it so special.

This handbook is still a work in progress, however it should answer your general questions regarding Cremea as it is still in development. Please thoroughly view this document before asking questions to any staff member. If you believe any of these sections need editing, please inform a Leadership Team member.

Code of Conduct

Introduction
Cremea upholds fair rules to maintain the togetherness and friendliness of our community. As a member of our community, you are automatically inclined to follow our Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in consequences.

1. Respect

Respecting each individual is highly essential to Cremea. It entails treating everyone with kindness and justice, regardless of their identity or origin. Spend time listening to people, using kind words, and ensuring that everyone is made to feel important and respected. Respect for one another promotes a more joyful and encouraging environment where everyone can feel comfortable.

2. Professionalism

At Cremea, employees are expected to present themselves professionally at all times. This entails acting in a way that reflects you’re serious about your work and your regard for your coworkers and the group. Professionalism entails abiding by the rules, maintaining an optimistic attitude, and giving your all in all that you do. Being professional makes it easier for us to function as a team and gives our customers dependable, high-quality service.

3. Common sense

Please be sure that you’re using common sense at all times. Common sense helps us to create a more efficient, safe, and enjoyable work environment for all. Thus, to help make Cremea the best it can be, always remember to think before you act and use common sense!

Low Ranks

Bakery Customer

Upon joining the group, you are given this role. There are no perks to this rank besides being able to apply for a job.

Noted Customer

This rank is given to investors, important contributors, or former Executive and Leadership members who resigned on good terms.

Business Partner

This rank is given to members representing on behalf of our partners.

Trainee

You may receive this rank by passing at the Quiz Center. You’ll need to attend a training session to begin working.

Team Member

Team Members have passed their first training session and may begin working.

Senior Team Member

Senior Team Members have passed their second training and may continue working.

Team Leader

Team Leaders have passed their third training and may continue working. Team Leaders are eligible for a promotion to Bakery Assistant, and the requirements for this promotion can be found in our Team Leader Promotion Guide.

Management Team

Management Intern

Management Interns have been promoted for their exceptional work as Team Leaders and are now tasked with the duties of an MR. They will undergo an internship to be promoted to Bakery Supervisor. Management Interns are allowed to assist at trainings.

Bakery Supervisor

Bakery Supervisors have been promoted for passing their internship as a Management Intern. They are now granted moderator permissions at the Bakery and may train at trainings.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers have been promoted for their exceptional work as Bakery Supervisors. Their responsibilities are the same as a Bakery Supervisors, however they may now host training sessions.

General Manager

General Managers have been promoted for their exceptional work as Assistant Managers. Their responsibilities are the same as an Assistant Managers.

Executive Team

Board of Executives

The Board of Executives have worked extremely hard in their position as a General Manager, and have been promoted by an Executive Director. Members of the Board of Executives are now allowed to join either the Communications or Administration department, and will have further responsibilities as High Ranks.

Executive Director

Executive Directors lead their respective departments. This rank can be achieved only by showing extraordinary dedication as a Board of Executive and being promoted by the Leadership Team.

Leadership Team

President

President is the last achievable rank at Cremea and is the first rank of the Leadership Team. Presidents oversee all group operations/departments.

Co-Owner

The Co-Owners are the Co-Founders of the group and contribute to the internal operations.

Owner

The Owner is the Founder of the group, urpIush, and oversees all group operations.

Partner Information

Introduction
Cremea is always looking for new groups to form special partnerships with. If you’re interested in partnering with Cremea, be sure to fully read this section to understand our partnering process. Please direct any questions about this process to any member of our Communications department.

Requirements
Please note that these are subject to change at any time we see fit.

  1. Your group must have a minimum of 100 non-botted Roblox and Discord server members. While we are a new group ourselves, the member count is a bit irrelevant, so long as your group is promising.
  2. Your group must uphold a good reputation and not have any bad experiences or scandals within the industry.
  3. Your group must have a functioning Public Relations team and allow at least 2 representatives to join Cremea’s Discord server and engage with our Communications department when necessary.
  4. Your group must follow all Roblox ToS.

Group Information
Industry groups Cremea will accept as partners include but are not limited to:

☆ Cafes, Bakeries, Restaurants, etc.
☆ Clothing
☆ Gameshows
☆ Hotels
☆ Dentistry
☆ Salons

If the industry of your group is not listed here and you’d like to know if Cremea will accept it, please ask someone in our Communications department.

Partnership
If your group follows these requirements and you’d like to form a partnership, please send the link to your group and communications server to a member of our Communications department. Your group will go under an evaluation and we will decide if we’d like to partner with you. Expect a response in under 48 hours.

Appeal Information

Introduction
You may file an appeal depending on the seriousness of your actions if you believe that a staff member’s action against you was unreasonable or unfair. While staff and server bans can be appealed, community blacklists cannot. If you would want to appeal a consequence, kindly fill out the following form and send it to an administrator.

  1. What is your Roblox username?
  2. What consequence are you appealing?
  3. Why do you believe this consequence should be revoked?
  4. What will you do to improve your behavior in the future?

Frequently Asked Questions

Introduction
Often times, visitors and staff members are posed with important questions regarding the group and it’s development. In this section we will be providing answers to questions that are generic/often asked. If you have a question that isn’t located here, feel free to direct it to any Leadership member.

1. How can I work here?
Once you’ve joined the group you will be able to apply for a Trainee position at our Quiz Center.

2. How can I become a Team Leader?
To begin working, you’ll need to attend and pass at least one training session to become a Team Member. To become a Team Leader, you’ll need to attend and pass 3, or you can purchase the rank at our bakery.

3. How can I become an MR?
As of right now, we are not hiring MRs. Once we do, the rank will be achievable through applications for Team Leaders in our communications server, or by being noticed by a member of our Administration department.

4. When will the group release?
We do not have a predicted release date at the moment, however development has begun. Cremea will not provide a specific time as we do not exactly know how long development shall take, however we will try to release as soon as possible.
